Jim is the most professional agent we have ever worked with. Actually, he is the most professional and most responsive person we have worked with in any field. No one is better at communications. I can't remember ever calling his cell phone and not getting through to him immediately. Anything and everything we asked him to help with, he did. He is extremely knowledgeable and if he doesn't know an answer, he'll get it and get back to you within a day. He is always in a great mood, always smiling, and always courteous. On a one to 5 scale, he is a 10. We would use him again and have referred him to others.

Jim held back no time from me. when I had questions, he immediately gave answers, more answer than I expected. when he found what I was looking for, he gave me more options and more time to explore them. i am sure he had other clients, but I can't imagine when he gave them time, because it seemed like his time was consumed with me.
